In support of all Jewish women facing the daunting challenge of cancer, ΣΒΠ and Chabad are proud to present a special Shabbat dinner featuring pink-themed decor and food, but most importantly - support and solidarity with our fellow sisters. You may or may not have had a close relative or friend deal with this challenge, but this is an event for everyone to support those who really need it.

Schedule:

Candle lighting: 6:02 PM. PLEASE NOTE - Shabbat candle lighting is an incredibly auspicious time for a woman's prayers to be heard on High. Please make an extra effort to come light candles (or if you can't, then light at home) and pray for the health and wellbeing of those suffering from this illness.

Kabbalat Shabbat services: 7:00 PM

Pink Shabbat Dinner: 7:30 PM

Shabbat Day:

10:00 AM - Spiritual study session in preparation for davening.

10:30 AM - Shabbat services

1:00 PM - Shabbat lunch

P.S. We are not unaware that the famous Jewish holiday of Halloween is upon us and that you may have received 5 invitations to keggers that start at 9:30. We wish to reassure you that: 1. They don't start at 9:30. 2. Even if they do, nobody will mind if you come late. 3. Even if they do, Benching is usually at 9:30ish anyway. We hope to see you at Pink Shabbat!
